Top 3 Reasons to Make an Appointment with Us This YearRegular dental visits are important. Not only do we clean your teeth and gums, but we look for any inconsistencies and treat them before they become bigger issues.

Top Dental Considerations

The American Dental Association recommends seeing us at least two times per year is to maintain optimal oral health. We feel that in order to maintain optimal oral health in your mouth, we need to be both proactive and preventative.

We need to be proactive about dental issues like tooth decay and gum problems. This is the top reason for making an appointment with us this year. Tooth decay can happen unknowingly. We need to see your teeth routinely so we can discover any tooth decay you may have developed. Additionally, gum disease is equally as dangerous and can progress without the patient even knowing it. We thoroughly assess and clean your teeth and gums at each visit with the most advanced technology available.

Another top reason to make an appointment with us this year is to discover issues that are hidden from plain sight. Wisdom teeth and other impacted or obstructed teeth can go unnoticed. We use x-rays to determine if further action needs to be taken. We also feel your jaw and check your alignment. We check your fillings as well to make sure that they are not defective.

Lastly, it is important to make an appointment with us this year for your greater health. We will perform checks that involve your head, neck, and lymph nodes. We will look for swelling or other issues that may indicate health complications. We have great relationships with medical doctors in the area. We may refer you to another professional for additional tests.
